I have bet on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still spent a lot of funds at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it almost impossible to defeat the casino.
I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or beat the house, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the idea that 21 seems to be a match of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never back out. It gets extremely exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a few days ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the streaks you witness wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a $5 game.
Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar bet
Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Bet 10 dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Wager $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first $20 bet
Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40
Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the original $80 bet
Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you left at this moment you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is hard to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
