I have enjoyed millions of hands of 21. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have enjoyed online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of money at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it nearly impossible to beat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have enjoyed a type of 21 called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or defeat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the idea that blackjack seems to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I wager with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I lose I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very enjoyable at times. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a couple of days ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You have to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you notice playing this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Wager twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Bet $40
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original 80 dollar bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the first 160 dollar bet
If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!
It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your wager or the final result will not be the same.
